Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Please contact our support team before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us with photos and order details.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Custom or special order products
- Items returned without authorization
