Warranty Policy
ULA1L provides reliable and high-quality LED lighting products. Most of our products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for ULA1L LED lighting products is 5 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- LED High Bay Lights – 5 Year Warranty
- LED Flood Lights – 3 to 5 Year Warranty
- Solar Street Lights – 3 to 5 Year Warranty
- LED Panel Lights – 3 Year Warranty
Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery or invoice.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
- LED chip failure
- Driver malfunction
- Electrical component defects
- Product not functioning as intended
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, ULA1L will provide a replacement or suitable solution.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect voltage supply
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Environmental damage (flood, fire, lightning etc.)
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product is faulty and covered by warranty, please contact our support team.
Please provide the following information:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product model
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our technical team will review the information and determine the appropriate warranty solution.
Replacement Policy
Depending on the situation, ULA1L may provide:
- Product replacement
- Replacement parts
- Technical support
Replacement products will be shipped from our Australian warehouse once the warranty claim is approved.
Professional Installation Recommendation
For industrial lighting such as high bay lights and solar street lights, we recommend installation by qualified electricians to ensure safe and proper operation.
